# Create an organization and manage users

The organization represents companies or individuals related to the applications. You need to create or join an organization on the developer website before you can create or edit your applications. If you are the creator of the organization, you can manage the organization and its members.

# Create Organization

To create an organization:

  1. Log in to your QIYU developer account

  2. Open the "Select Organization" drop-down menu at the top right corner of the page, and then click "Create". Please fill in the name of the organization carefully, as this name is associated with the applications you distribute on the QIYU platform.

  3. Enter the organization's name and click OK.

Note:

  1. Not all accounts have the permission to create organizations. Only Super Administrators can create organizations

  2. The corresponding agreement(s) needs to be signed when the organization is first created.

# Add members to the organization

After you create an organization, you can invite members to join the organization and assign their roles.

QIYU developer platform provides you with roles and corresponding permissions

Administrator: has full permissions to manage members and applications, view orders, etc

Developer: can manage applications assigned to him/her

Finance: can view the order/finance details of applications assigned to him/her

If the new member you invited does not have an QIYU developer account, the account will be automatically registered as the new member's email address and the information will be sent to the account;
